1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-custom products in their original, unused condition with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or tailored items
• Discounted or sale items
• Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
